Spicy Soy Sauce
Spicy, tangy and savory soy sauce goes well with almost any dish, or just with hard boiled eggs. Adds excitement to the good but boring Costco Roasted Chicken 😉

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Angkor Chrouk Metae
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp shallot minced
- 2 tbsp Angkor Thnot sugar*
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chive thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Garnish with chives just before serving. This recipe makes a half cup of sauce.
