Beef Skewers(Sach Ko Jakak)

Soak the round-end of bamboo skewers in a cup of warm water (to prevent burning while cooking).
In a large bowl mix Kroeung Prawlak with oil, then add beef and mix well.
Thread the beef onto the skewers, packing the pieces closely together so the skewer is not exposed between pieces.
Let the skewers meat set for at least 15 minutes to allow it to marinate
Grill over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
Serve with Freshly Pickled Vegetables, or papaya salad and your favorite cold beer.
Tip: Skewered meat can be prepared ahead and frozen for future use.
