- 20 10โ bamboo skewers
- 7 ounces Angkor Kroeung Prawlak
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1.5 pounds Flap steak slice ยฝโ thick, 1โx1" pieces
Instructions
- Soak the round-end of bamboo skewers in a cup of warm water (to prevent burning while cooking).
- In a large bowl mix Kroeung Prawlak with oil, then add beef and mix well.
- Thread the beef onto the skewers, packing the pieces closely together so the skewer is not exposed between pieces. As you skewer the meat, it naturally becomes further coated and marinated.
