Ingredients
- 20 6” bamboo skewers
- 7 ounces Angkor Kroeung Prawlak
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1.5 pounds Flap steak slice ½” thick, 1”x1" pieces
Instructions
- Soak the round-end of bamboo skewers in a cup of warm water (to prevent burning while cooking).
- In a large bowl mix Kroeung Prawlak with oil, then add beef and mix well.
- Thread the beef onto the skewers, packing the pieces closely together so the skewer is not exposed between pieces.
- Let the skewers meat set for at least 15 minutes to allow it to marinate
- Grill over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
