1.5ouncesfresh pandan leavescut into 1/4" thick
3/4cupwater
Instructions
Add leaf and water into a blender and puree it. Place a cheese cloth over a bowl, then empty the pandan puree onto a cheese cloth and squeeze the liquid out. Discard the solid.
Notes
Leftover can be freezed for later use. Place one tablespoon of pandan extract into each cube of ice tray. Remove cubes and stored into freezer bag.
